We are trying to differentiate between personal property of others vs business property. If an employee has their own tools and tool storage which is left on the commercial property 90% of the time, are the tools and equipment consider personal property of others? I found one article that referenced personal property of others as that which is customarily taken with the individuals as they come and go but not typically used in the course and scope of employment. Thank you.
