I’m attempting to find coverage for damage to hardwood floors due to body fluids that soaked into the floors following the death of a tenant. This is a dwg 2 policy and I don’t know that any perils apply. We’ve had a gunshot that we’ve attributed to explosion, but in this case we do not have a gunshot or cause of death.
