We have a homeowner who had a fire. She had some items  that the contents adjuster doesn’t want to put on the contents list. The adjuster indicated that anything pertaining to the structure that isn’t being used is such as new door knobs in packages, dead bolts not attached, cans of paint, new trim in package can’t go on the contents list. Your thoughts?
