Does the HO-3 exclusion for freezing, thawing, pressure, or weight of water, ice or snow, whether driven by wind, to a:(2) footing, foundation, bulkhead, wall or any part of a building or other structure; mean to exclude wind-driven ice such as an ice shove? Would flood insurance cover this type of damage? If other parts of the home are damaged, i.e. dwelling walls, windows, doors, etc. would they be excluded as well?
